Rookiebox is the creative community designed for content creators from all over the world to find a space to share their work. On this platform, opportunities taking part and creating eTalents, artists will share and expand their projects, events and services in order to create a chain of networking.
Our platform will allow you to access projects from members of the community, to contact other users and to spread content that may or may not have authorship licenses that, nevertheless, will be issued in accordance with the Creative Commons system.
eTalents will give you the opportunity to advertise creative content while actively taking part in it; it will help you finding new talents and promoting your own business if you decide getting involved with eTalents as a sponsor of the creator of them.
In this way, the content available in Rookiebox, together with the opinions expressed by its users, is a reflection of the diversity existing among the people building up our community, in which you are more than welcome!
In order to protect your rights and those of other users, we ask you to carefully read the rules shown below. In them you will find your rights, as well as which kind of content is appropriate and which can be denounced and eliminated for not respecting the rest of our community members.
Rookiebox is, in essence, an open community, devoted to the international, creative and cultural dissemination of content and to the creation of career opportunities for people from all over the world. Our community includes thousands of people from more than 150 countries. Rookiebox is an incredibly diverse platform that connects people with various backgrounds, values and ways of understanding talent.
We believe in culture, creativity and art as a way to break down barriers and bring people closer. Therefore, our undoubtable commitment to these principles of inclusion and respect allows each of the members of our community to feel welcomed on the Rookiebox platform, regardless of their gender, origin, religion or sexual orientation.
Thus, no type of discrimination in the organization, creation or participation of eTalents is allowed; nor in the treatment or contact between users, performing, without excuse, the immediate cancellation of said eTalent and the elimination of the profile of the user who has carried out said discrimination.
The security of its members is crucial for the Rookiebox community. As a consequence, acts of harassment, either verbally or physically, as well as incitement to hatred by means of language will not be permitted.
The organization may act straight-forwardly in cases where the risk of physical or psychological damage is considered as dangerous, as well as when threats to public safety are being pertained. In these cases, the content will be automatically removed, and police would be resorted might it be necessary.
Likewise, organizations involved in the apology of terrorism or violent criminal activities have no place in our community. The plotting, promotion and execution of actions that have caused or may cause financial losses to third parties, including theft and acts of vandalism, are utterly forbidden.
In our community, there is no place for the praise of self-harm of any kind or its exaltation. For this reason, any content encouraging harm, be it physical or psychological, towards oneself or others, is strictly prohibited; as well as the promotion of eating disorders or the usage of narcotic substances.
All graphic or textual content upraising these behaviors will be eliminated immediately. However, we will not censor artistic or creative content that addresses these issues critically and objectively, with no intention of uplifting such behaviors.
Rookiebox is a space that users can use to share their opinions and experiences through the content that they upload to the platform. Being freedom of expression one of the key points for the development of our community, the open expression of its users will be guaranteed as long as it does not harm other users of the community or third parties.
This attitude towards the preservation of free expression may lead to uncomfortable graphical content related to everyday issues in order to reprove those issues or to show their severity to the world: e.g.: that related to human rights violations. However, images and violent or aggressive content are shared to produce a sadistic effect or to extol violence have no place in our community.
When users share content, we expect them to do so responsibly. This means that we also hope that you choose carefully the audience to whom the content is intended and how to display it by labeling it accordingly. This way, the rest of users to become aware of its nature and will be able to make an informed decision on whether they wish to see that content or not.
The Rookiebox community strictly prohibits sharing pornographic content, as well as nudity on the platform, especially when a minor is involved.
However, we believe that corporal and sexual expression also have a place in the creative world, so we will not censor that content that involves nudity pertaining an artistic aim alien to that of pornography.
All users in the community must use their real name and identity when interacting with each other. We ask that you refrain from publishing personal information from others without their explicit permission. Posing as another person, creating a false profile for an organization or having more than one active account are actions that undermine the spirit of the community and violate our terms.
The Rookiebox community is built up by the creative work of thousands of people whose intellectual property must be respected at all times. Before sharing content on Rookiebox, make sure you have the right to do so.
We ask that you respect the copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights that apply. With this aim, Rookiebox includes the possibility of indicating through Creative Commons the rights of authorship, edition and reuse of all the content that you may publish. Similarly, rights concerning the content of other users is very clearly stated through a series of labels that will be included in each work.

Our platform is not designed for the sale of regulated goods, since Rookiebox is a community that seeks the dissemination of art through eTalents. Therefore, we promote the publication of all kinds of services, companies and content that can help us to obtain opportunities for the creators that form the community. Consequently, transactions related to regulated goods on our platform are not allowed.
We take the safety of our users very seriously and we work in order to avoid compromising their security or privacy. Therefore, if you are a company, we ask you to respect our members and not contact them for commercial purposes without their consent.
In the same way, any attempt of fraud or deception will be reported to the relevant authorities and will be eliminated immediately from our platform.
